Cheryl, the Human Riceball

I previously mentioned that the Vietnamese always eat rice. And that when they eat in a restaurant or on the street, they receive a large portion of it. When I say large, I would say it's about 2 servings for a non-Asian person. And since the typical Vietnamese eats rice with lunch and dinner (and some with breakfast), you get a good idea of how much rice is consumed daily by one person. I'm trying not to eat a lot of rice, but it's difficult not to because mashed potatoes and bread aren't consumed with meals here. Thus, it's common for me to eat rice almost every day, and sometimes twice a day. Which is turning me into one large rice ball.
